All graded their experience as ‘Wonderful’ .
Enthusiasm,energy, mood ,level of mental relaxation.level of friendship within the grroup,level of muscle relaxation and ability to laugh for no reason graded from 1-5 to a whopping 8-10 by end of the workshop by all.
